Day 2

Going strong!

Luckily, I have experience with DigitalPoint Forums, and an ad I posted a while back.

What is best from this situation is that every client has offered long-term work — so it’ll be a matter of time in which I should be making a ‘full-time’ income!

However, currently the most significant challenge is maintaining my organization.

As well, I need to start utilizing resources & tools in order to sync, and streamline my daily life (I’m currently researching an iTouch).

So far, 2010 has been an awesome year. I’m reaching my initial goals quicker than anticipated — so the biggest challenge I foresee will be maintaining the success.

Let’s go day 3!

Day 1

The new day was filled with nothing but phone calls.

I had to take care of lots of stuff (loans, school, car insurance, my internship, etc.)

Luckily I took care of just about everything, so the only thing I need to focus on at the moment is finding work, and making money.

Today, I placed some ads showcasing my writing talents, and with hours I have had several responses — with about 2 of those contacts actually becoming clients.

So, I’m feeling very excited, yet I know that there is much more to be done!

And So It Begins

It’s midnight, Jan. 4th, 2010. I’m eagerly typing away as I know that there is much to be done today.

Some quick notes:

  • I am slowly updating this blog into something that is more appealing to the eyes — thus I adopted a new theme (which hopefully you enjoy as well!)
  • I am making my initial list of ‘Strengths & Weaknesses’ — I definitely plan on updating this constantly (daily, if need be)
  • I need to T.C.B. (Take Care of Business — this is the first use of my acronymns, but it’ll definitely NOT be the last!)

As you can read from my ’Plan 2010′, the first two major things I must do before I can truly began to progress are:

  1. Create my identity of self — ultimately the life I want to live.
  2. Take care of the past — in order to have full focus of the present & future.

Right now, most people my age… hell, most people in general, are in a similar situation as myself: TOO MUCH ‘PAST PROBLEMS’ THAT’S PREVENTING US FROM MOVING FORWARD

For my personally, this is:

  1. Needing to take care of loans
  2. Need to take care of insurance problems
  3. Make sure I am back on track towards graduating college
  4. Have a way of bringing in income

So, tomorrow I will knock out the first two set-backs easily… and I technically aleady have classes scheduled for the Spring 2010 semester, so really all that would be left is to make money.

Easier said than done.
